The easier you make it for customers to reach you and give you their money, the more you’ll succeed. This week, our dog started acting funny, peeing in the wrong place, and generally being lethargic. So, we texted the vet. The mobile vet replied with an appointment that went straight to the calendar. That same day, the mobile vet arrived and gave Albert some meds. The vet sent an invoice via Venmo which was paid within seconds. The entire process took place within one day, really just a few hours. Give your customer an easy button and they’ll give you their money. On a sad note, Albert probably has liver cancer. We will love him and hug him and give him bones as long as he wants.
