Three Good Things

At the end of each day, all of us at YDST do Three Good Things. Whether on our own, with friends, or with family, at the end of the day we share three good things that happened that day. No matter what kind of day you’ve had, whether good, bad, or crazy busy, you can think of three highlights. They can be anything from making the bed, having a tasty lunch, meeting friends for coffee, or getting that promotion you’ve been aiming for. Focusing on those three things instantly changes the mood. And, it’s been scientifically proven: gratitude makes life better.
