Warm Coffee Cups Do It

The best customer service lessons come from your own experiences. It is the second week of a working vacation aboard the Wind Spirit and my favorite thing on board is a warm coffee mug. Something so simple starts every day with a smile. It doesn’t take much effort and it’s not a big expense to the ship yet makes a huge impression on the customers. You don’t have to do much to provide a great customer experience but you do have to do something.
