May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so each week we’re sharing some of our favorite tips for living a healthy and happy life. Today: it might be time for a complaint cleanse. Complaining serves an important purpose in our lives. It’s a way to bond with others and a way to vent about the frustrations of life. But, when the balance weighs too heavily on the negative side, it can tip our perception. That’s where a complaint cleanse comes in. Simply give up complaining for a certain period of time. Can you go a whole week without complaining?
